Our Impact
At Thrive, we aim to build effective mentoring relationships globally where women help other women succeed professionally and personally. Thrivers become part of a global network of generous women who support and challenge each other to grow. Thrive uses a unique online and in-person mechanism to match mentors and mentees based on the strengths of the mentor and the needs of the mentee.
