Thrive Peer Mentoring Circles:
A Space to Think at the
Level You Lead

You support others all year. This is where you get supported.

Peer Mentoring sessions are designed for mentors and cohort leads who want sharper thinking, stronger boundaries, clearer influence, and renewed confidence in complex leadership moments. You walk away with:

• Expanded perspective from leaders who understand your context
• Practical language you can use immediately
• Emotional clarity around situations that feel heavy or stuck
• A renewed sense of authority in your leadership

This is not advice sharing. It’s structured, facilitated reflection that shifts how you see the problem.

  • My experience of trusting the process of sharing and allowing myself to express what was living inside me was deeply touching. I felt heard and seen in my challenge, gaining insights from different angles and various forms of that challenge, which helped me to broaden my perception and be soothed by warm tells.

  • Joined the peer mentoring session, it was such a powerful and quickly insightful and meaningful process. Many thanks to the group for great input and advice (advice is not the right word, it was so much more!), and to the facilitators, Asha and Shivangi for organising and running it. I feel lighter!

  • I was seeking meaning and was chosen to share my challenge, I showed up today. Grateful for having the space to share. I didn't know what to expect, but I was sure it would be a safe and compassionate place for me. The mentors mirrored this beautifully, each using their own poignant metaphors, each sharing their feelings about my story.

  • A heartfelt thank you for welcoming me into the peer session today. I felt heard and included, in a trustful and courageous atmosphere. As I walk out of the session today, I feel empowered. Thanks to the peer mentoring group of women (so much life wisdom in the room) I could reframe my perception of the situation as a journey of growth and acknowledge the underlying healing process that is ocurring already. Looking forward to future reunions with the "tribe"!

What Kind of Challenge Can You Bring?

Bring something real. Something current. Something that keeps looping in your mind. A leadership challenge might sound like:

These are not tactical problems. They’re relational, identity-based, influence-based challenges.
That’s where peer wisdom creates real lift.

Be a Part of Something Bigger

Thrive Peer Mentoring Circles take place once a month. Peer mentoring is a powerful tool for personal and professional development. At Thrive, we believe that every Mentor has unique insights and experiences that, when shared, can light the path for peers. We aim to foster an environment where mentors can learn from each other, reflecting on their challenges and aspirations to unlock new levels of understanding and action.

You already create lift for others. Now let the ecosystem lift you.

How to Join:

  1. To apply, submit 2–3 sentences describing:

    • The specific situation
    • Where you feel stuck
    • What kind of input would help most

The facilitation team will thoughtfully select challenges that will create depth, relevance, and shared learning for the group. If your challenge isn’t selected this round, you will still participate in the peer process and gain insight through others’ cases.
