Thrive Certified is a focused, practice-based mentor training programme aligned with EMCC standards. It is designed for experienced professionals who want to deepen their mentoring capability through real-world application, reflective practice, and structured feedback.

Rather than content-heavy instruction, the programme emphasises mentoring presence, ethical judgement, and the ability to navigate complexity in mentoring relationships.

    Weekly 90-Minute Live Sessions
    Facilitated practice, reflection, and peer learning in a small cohort.

  • Globally Recognized Accreditation

    After completing the program, you'll earn the esteemed EMCC EQA accreditation at Foundation or Practitioner level, showcasing your dedication to professional growth & mentoring excellence.
