You support others
all year. This is where
you get supported.
A monthly facilitated session for senior leaders to bring real challenges, think alongside peers who understand your level, and leave with clarity you couldn't reach alone.
"A heartfelt thank you for welcoming me into the peer session. I felt heard and included, in a trustful and courageous atmosphere. I could reframe my perception of the situation as a journey of growth. Looking forward to future reunions with the 'tribe'!"
This is not advice sharing.
Peer Mentoring Circles are structured, facilitated sessions — not networking, not a panel, not group therapy. One person brings a real challenge. The group offers perspective, questions, and lived wisdom. Everyone leaves richer for it.
- One person shares a real, current leadership challenge
- The group listens, reflects, and offers perspective — not solutions
- Facilitated by Thrive to create safety, depth, and real progress
- A confidential space — what's shared in the circle stays in the circle
- You gain insight even when it isn't your challenge being explored
- Monthly sessions — intimate group, consistent format
- Not a networking event where you need to be "on"
- Not a coaching session or therapy — it's peer wisdom
- Not a forum for advice-giving or problem-solving
- Not a place to share polished successes — bring the messy real stuff
- Not something that requires preparation — just a real challenge and an open mind
- Not optional once you've been — every regular comes back
What you walk away with
Senior leaders who attend consistently report four things shifting — not over months, but within a single session.
Leaders who understand your context reflect your challenge back to you in ways you couldn't see from inside it.
Practical ways to reframe a situation, hold a difficult conversation, or set a boundary — that you can act on the same week.
The things that feel heavy or stuck often loosen when they're said aloud in a room that receives them well.
A reminder of your own leadership, your own judgment, your own capacity — often obscured when you're deep in a challenge.
Bring something real.
Something current. Something that keeps looping in your mind. These are the kinds of challenges the Circle is designed for — relational, identity-based, influence-based. Not tactical problems.
I keep stepping in too quickly and then resent that I'm carrying too much.
I want to hold someone accountable, but I fear damaging the relationship.
I feel overlooked in senior forums, even though I deliver results.
My mentee isn't taking ownership — how do I shift the dynamic?
I need to set clearer boundaries, but I don't want to lose warmth.
I'm navigating a peer who is politically savvy but slowly eroding trust.
These are not tactical problems. They're relational, identity-based, and influence-based challenges — exactly where peer wisdom creates real lift. If you've been sitting with something like this, bring it.
What members say after
These are real words from real participants — collected after sessions. The format speaks for itself.
My experience of trusting the process of sharing and allowing myself to express what was living inside me was deeply touching. I felt heard and seen in my challenge, gaining insights from different angles — which helped me to broaden my perception and be soothed.
Such a powerful and quickly insightful process. Many thanks to the group for great input — advice is not the right word, it was so much more! And to the facilitators for organising and running it. I feel lighter!
The mentors mirrored my challenge beautifully, each using their own poignant metaphors, each sharing their feelings about my story. I was sure it would be a safe and compassionate place — and it was. I showed up not knowing what to expect, and left transformed.
Three steps to your first session
Sessions are monthly and facilitated by Shivangi Walke and the Thrive team. Places are limited to keep the group intimate.
Use the registration form to share 2–3 sentences about your challenge: the specific situation, where you feel stuck, and what kind of input would help most.
The facilitation team thoughtfully selects challenges that will create depth, relevance, and shared learning. If yours isn't chosen this round, you still attend and gain insight through the process.
No preparation needed. No slides, no agenda. Just bring yourself and something real. The format does the rest.
- The specific situation — what's actually happening?
- Where you feel stuck — what's the loop you can't get out of?
- What would help — a shift in perspective, language to use, clarity on what to do next?
Even if your challenge isn't selected as the session's focus, you will still attend and benefit from the collective wisdom in the room.
You already create lift for others.
Now let the ecosystem lift you.
Monthly sessions. Limited places. Facilitated by Shivangi Walke and the Thrive team. Every regular comes back.
