Your Journey

What happens, step by step

From the moment you register to the day you receive your Thrive Certificate — here's exactly what to expect at every stage.

1
Before the launch
Register & complete your profile

Fill in your registration form carefully — your answers are how we match you. Mentors share their strengths and areas of expertise. Mentees share their goals and development needs. The more detail you provide, the better your match will be. Once registered, you'll receive a welcome email with next steps.

2
The launch event
The matching event — your cohort begins here

Attendance is essential. This is a carefully structured in-person evening led by Thrive founder Shivangi Walke. You'll meet up to 3 pre-matched potential partners for 12 minutes each — chemistry conversations, not interviews. Afterwards, everyone submits their preferences and matches are confirmed within 24 hours. This is the moment your six-month journey truly begins.

📍 If you cannot attend the launch event, please notify your cohort leader in advance. Attendance is critical to the matching process — if you miss it without notice, your place may be reallocated.
3
After the launch
You're matched — now begin

Within 24 hours of the launch event, you'll receive an email with your match's contact details, a mentoring contract, a meeting review template, and guides for both roles. Mentees: take initiative — you set the first meeting. Mentors: expect to hear from your mentee within the first week. Your cohort leaders will send regular support emails and resources throughout.

4
Months 1–6
Six months of structured mentoring

Meet with your mentor or mentee for at least one hour each month — in person or virtually, whichever works for your pair. Each mentee sets the agenda based on their goals. Use the meeting review template to capture progress. Your cohort leaders will run two Pulse Check calls during the six months to check in with both sides, offer support, and address anything that isn't working.

5
Midpoint
Power Networking Event

At the midpoint of the cohort, your whole group gathers for the Power Networking Event. This isn't standard networking — it's structured so that every person puts forward an ask and receives help from the room in return. Women often hold back in networking situations. This format is specifically designed to break that pattern and deepen the relationships in your cohort beyond the one-on-one pair.

6
End of programme
Closure event & Thrive Certificate

The cohort closes with a dedicated event to celebrate what you've built together. Mentees and mentors share highlights and learnings. Your Thrive Certificate is issued on successful completion — recognised, accredited, and yours to keep. The formal programme ends here, but your membership in the Thrive global community does not.

Your Membership

What's included when you join Thrive

Your programme registration is the beginning — not the full picture. Every Thrive member has access to a wider ecosystem of learning, connection, and community throughout and beyond their cohort.

🤝

🔵
Peer Mentoring Circles

Monthly facilitated group sessions where mentors and experienced women think together, share challenges, and learn from each other's lived experience. A space to lead, reflect, and grow alongside your peers.
