At Thrive with Mentoring, Courage and Belief serve as cornerstones that equip women to boldly navigate challenges in their professional paths and in their personal lives. Our structured mentoring programme is transformational, and our focus has been to support the mentoring journeys through learner-friendly documentation and simple skill-building resources. The confidence and pride of our community are evident in the countless testimonials we have received.

As the next step in our development journey, we have embarked on getting accredited through the EMCC: European Mentoring and Coaching Council, which will further support our community to build stronger mentoring relationships. Through the EMCC Accreditation, we will offer our mentors and mentees an additional opportunity to get certified through a comprehensive offer that will include live skill-building workshops, action learning, feedback sessions, and online capability development.

As a not-for-profit organization, we rely on the support of sponsors and donors to support us in this accreditation effort. We welcome sponsors to partner with us to increase our impact on empowering women.
