Common questions

QDo I need to attend the launch event in person?

Yes — attendance at the matching event is essential. This is how we find your best-fit match, and it's the start of everything. The format has been refined across 60+ cohorts.

QHow much time does the programme take?

At least one hour per month for your 1:1 sessions, plus three cohort events and two community calls over six months. Structured but not overwhelming.

QIs there a fee to participate?

Fees vary by city. Mentees cover most administration costs; mentors make a symbolic contribution. Scholarship options are available — details on each cohort's registration page.

QWhat happens after the six months?

You receive your Thrive Certificate and join the global community — with access to the Community Hub, Thriver Thursdays, and the option to return in future cohorts.

QWhat if my city isn't listed?

QHow are mentor and mentee matched?

We pre-match each mentee with up to 3 potential mentors based on goals and strengths. At the launch event you meet each for 12 minutes, share preferences, and final matches are confirmed within 24 hours.
